An Egg-cellent Easter Awaits at Rotisse

Spring is here, and with it comes one of our favourite traditions at Rotisse. On April 5th, we invite you to celebrate Easter with a special seasonal menu, available for both lunch and dinner.

Take a look behind the scenes as our Chef Mohamed beautifully crafts our signature lamb stew from start to finish.

From carefully cutting the lamb from the bone to preparing fresh vegetables and slowly building the flavours in the pot, every step is done with patience and precision. What begins as simple, fresh ingredients gradually transforms into a rich, comforting dish.

The final touch? A thoughtful garnish that brings everything together on the plate.
